Each course begins with a wellness consultation to determine your physical and mental state. The individual causes of emotional, mental or physical problems are identified. The initial consultation offers you the opportunity to bring your experience of yoga, breath and energy work, meditation and coaching/therapy.
Each 3 or 5 day programme includes two 1.5 hour individual sessions per day. All personalised individual sessions are scheduled according to your calendar and preferred location. Create a healthy body and a focused mind to increase your personal happiness and well-being.
Amodinis offers personal development retreats in Mallorca throughout the year. All personalized sessions are planned according to your schedule and desired location.
