Our personal De-Stress program begins with a wellness consultation to determine your physical and mental state. Individual causes of stress and health issues are identified. The initial consultation provides an opportunity for you to share your experience with yoga, breath work, and meditation.

Bettina’s passion is personal one-to-one teaching, where she can unleash the full potential of each personality. With an extensive yoga background, especially in meditation, breathwork and energy healing, she understands the connection between body and mind to overcome professional and personal challenges.
