Your meditation practice can help develop awareness of breath, concentration, better sleep, kindness (compassion, forgiveness, generosity, kindness and patience), relaxation, stress reduction, the ability to train the mind and balance emotions. Ultimately, meditation leads to mindfulness and enables us to reach our true inner nature. Our approach to meditation is not aligned with any particular group, religion or school.
