Amodini offers meditation mini-retreats in Mallorca for individuals, or on request for 2 people or small groups. We recommend booking your private programme in advance to ensure an exclusive time slot in line with your schedule. This meditation programme takes place in your own home, hotel or finca and includes two 1.5 hour private sessions daily, starting with a welcome session. Individual consultations are scheduled according to your calendar and preferred location.

Teaching methods include Mindfulness/Vipassana, Walking, Chakra, Dynamic, Analytical, Buddhist, Metta, Mentra as well as various techniques for self-realisation. Pranayama (breath work) is also available and can be integrated into your programme. Meditation is an essential tool on Amodini’s personal path, which we are passionate about sharing.

We are all unique. Some of us find it easy to focus and concentrate, others find it easier to relax. That’s why we teach a variety of meditation techniques so you can find a practice that works best for your specific needs. Your meditation practice can help develop awareness of breath, concentration, better sleep, kindness (compassion, forgiveness, generosity, kindness and patience), relaxation, stress reduction, the ability to train the mind and balance emotions. Ultimately, meditation leads to mindfulness and enables us to reach our true inner nature. Our approach to meditation is not aligned with any particular group, religion or school. Whoever you are, whatever your mindset, background and problems – we will find the meditation techniques that work for you!

The meditation technique taught by S.N. Geonka is unique – a logical and simple way to find peace and live a happy and fulfilled life. It’s a non-religious method to explore your own inner world, and can be practiced by anybody. Vipassana is a pragmatic method to experience and examine the truth in your own body and mind, to identify and work through issues, and to discover untapped potential for our own, as well as others’, happiness. Vipassana by S. N. Geoenka can only be learned in 10-day meditation courses offered by the Dhamma organization. For those who are unable to attend this format, Amodini teaches the technique in 2-5 steps; influenced by the teachings of Buddhist monks in Kashmir, Nepal and Thailand, with whom she was fortunate to study and practice.
