Amodini offers a variety of yoga styles including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vikasa Yoga, Akhanda Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Each style offers detoxifying postures appropriate for beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level practitioners. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation sessions are also available and can be incorporated into your private yoga session. Each class works all directional movements of the spine, balancing yin and yang energies, while working to increase strength and flexibility. By learning and practicing yoga from a holistic approach, you can understand the importance of balancing the bodyās seven chakras (energy centers) by connecting the body, mind, and breath.
