Spiritual coaching online & in person in Mallorca

Your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health determines how you think, feel and act. You are holistically healthy when you have a positive view of yourself and the world around you and an extra dose of enthusiasm to achieve your dreams, goals or, as you might call it, your purpose.

What could be signs that you should invest in your personal development together with me? You may be experiencing more than usual:

  • A lack of positivity, motivation and life goals.
  • You are ‘bit’ depressed, unhappy, feeling guilty or worthless.
  • Emotional outbursts.
  • Sleep problems.
  • The need to withdraw and isolate yourself.
  • Vulnerability to substance abuse.
  • Physical symptoms e.g. back problems, immune deficiencies or chronic illness.

In my spiritual coaching sessions, I do not treat psychological disorders, but focus on techniques that contribute to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Together we learn, practice and integrate new perspectives and techniques.

Holistic spiritual coaching is my greatest passion because it allows me to combine my core competencies. My knowledge of therapeutic yoga and mind-expanding meditation techniques merges with my many years of experience as a coach and Reiki master. Together we can explore and nourish all aspects of your being.

Spiritual coaching sessions. What can you expect?

Every collaboration is unique. There is no clear roadmap.
It depends entirely on the needs or symptoms (physical, mental, emotional) and also on the conditions of my students.
Sometimes we need to start at the very beginning to create a foundation, and sometimes just a little “fine tuning” is needed.

It is helpful to have a plan so that sessions can build on each other. This is why I offer programs of 5-10 sessions, and I understand the need or desire to book one session at a time. Below you will find examples of topics that can be covered in the sessions.

Break through negative thought patterns

  • Observe your thoughts from a new perspective: I will introduce you to Byron Katie’s work and we will practise a round together. An exercise that, in my view, enables the fastest changes.
  • How to use gratitude: Understand the uplifting energy of gratitude and its effect on your mental health and strength. Gratitude will be a part of you that you will carry with you from this session onwards.

Your spirit thirsts for the meaning of life

  • The importance of personal values: Define your personal values to increase your happiness, your success and the meaning of your life. This ultimately leads to peace of mind.
  • Find your why: Ask yourself why you are here. What is your plan? What is your gift that you want to share with others? Get the motivation and truth you need.

Release trauma and your mind will smile

  • Yin yoga with the right intention: If you learn and practice Yin Yoga with the intention of releasing trauma, you will be surprised at the positive effect it has on your overall well-being.
  • Somatic work is inner work: Trauma does not always have to be understood to be resolved. Learn to listen to your body and its memory, to deal with the physical sensations and the emotions that arise.

Well-being needs good sleep

  • Breathe right, sleep right: The breath is the bridge between body and mind. Learn how to breathe to calm your nervous system and get a good night’s sleep.
  • Your personalized sleep routine: There are common and less common mistakes we make when it comes to your sleep routine. Let’s change your evening habits to achieve a deeper sleep.

Mental clarity through meditation

  • Learn and practice mindfulness to stay in the present moment: The beauty of mindfulness meditation is that it is easy to learn (perhaps a little harder to practice) and is highly beneficial in every area of your daily life.
  • Find out what the best meditation method is for you: There are a variety of meditation techniques. To find the one that suits you and your goals, I will test you in some mental aspects and then we will focus on what is necessary.

Bodywork

  • Your personal daily yoga routine: Together we will create a customized yoga practice that you can easily do at home and integrate into your daily routine. The special thing about it is the mix of yin and yang exercises and written instructions to do at home.
  • Find out your physical needs: Daily exercise, no matter what, is the foundation for mental strength. Let’s create your weekly fitness plan together, a mix of walking, running, yoga, dancing and anything else that keeps you moving and having fun. Consistency is the key.

Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that supports the body’s natural state of vitality. Reiki works holistically, at the level of the physical body, emotions, mind and spirit. The benefits of Reiki range from relieving pain and anxiety to reducing stress and emotions, promoting sleep, improving overall well-being and supporting growth on all levels. In this session, you don’t have to do anything. It’s about relaxing and experiencing an immediate improvement in your overall wellbeing in a passive way.

You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes everyday –
unless you’re too busy – then you should sit for an hour.

Amodini offers bespoke spiritual coaching sessions and programs for purpose-driven and open-minded people. You can start with a trial session to get a feel for it. If you want to participate in a program, you can choose between a 5 or 10 session program. I recommend two 2-sessions per month so that you have time for self-practice and homework in between. Each program starts with a free 30-minute welcome call where we identify your status quo, your needs, your goals and your schedule.

We can hold the session online via Skype or Zoom. Or we can meet in person in Mallorca.
