Amodini Coaching offers a variety of yoga styles including; Ashtanga, Akhanda, Hatha, Hatha-Raja, classical Kundalini, Vikasa as well as Yin Yoga. Several styles offer postures from beginners to advanced abilities. Pranayama breathing and Meditation sessions are also available. These techniques can also be incorporated into your private yoga sessions. Our classes are compassionate, joyful, nurturing, and safe. We encourage students to smile and listen to their own bodies, finding their true inner voice. Each class works all directional movements of the spine, balancing yin and yang natures, while working to increase strength and flexibility. Each class is specifically designed to meet your individual needs. By learning and practicing a holistic style of yoga, you can understand the importance of balancing the body’s seven chakras (energy centres) by connecting the body, mind, and breath.
