My 3 to 5 day personalized yoga program is designed for anyone who is new to yoga or wants to take a serious next step in their practice. You will safely explore and improve your practice in my uplifting private sessions.

This 3/5-day programme is a series of classes where you will learn, step-by-step, a tailored sequence of asanas (postures) to match your individual skill level, needs and personal goals. Especially if you are just starting your yoga journey, you may have many questions about how to perform asanas correctly. This program provides private one-on-one lessons with an experienced instructor to ensure you receive the benefits of personalized attention. By increasing strength, flexibility, and body awareness, you will learn how to relax and live in the present moment, further enhancing your overall health and well-being. These private sessions also develop the mental and energetic levels of the body using Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation techniques. You will learn how to move fluidly through all asanas with body, breath and mind awareness. Our monkey minds are endlessly active; therefore it’s important to learn how to concentrate and focus all our senses onto our body and breath. Learning how to breathe effectively, while staying connected to your mind and body, will improve your practice and increase its benefits. It will bring a sense of personal peace and awareness you can apply to other activities and your daily life.

Amodini Coaching offers a variety of yoga styles including; Ashtanga, Akhanda, Hatha, Hatha-Raja, classical Kundalini, Vikasa as well as Yin Yoga. Several styles offer postures from beginners to advanced abilities. Pranayama breathing and Meditation sessions are also available. These techniques can also be incorporated into your private yoga sessions. Our classes are compassionate, joyful, nurturing, and safe. We encourage students to smile and listen to their own bodies, finding their true inner voice. Each class works all directional movements of the spine, balancing yin and yang natures, while working to increase strength and flexibility. Each class is specifically designed to meet your individual needs. By learning and practicing a holistic style of yoga, you can understand the importance of balancing the body’s seven chakras (energy centres) by connecting the body, mind, and breath.
